My name is Charles Evans. I am an african American writer from Greenville Florida. I am the son of Chalres and Margie Evans both college graduates and professionals. I am ccurrently attending Valdosta State University as a Junior pursuing my bachelor.
I write to you today because I considered it important. While I am not aware of how many people know of my situation I am aware that most of it has been covered up and silenced.
During the years 2005 through 2007 I attended the citadel military college in Charleston soutch Carolina. during these years every cadet on the campus knew me personally or through word of mouth. Also enduring these years as i later found out the police moved information I wrote at the behest of my english professor between florida and south carolina without my permission.
I cannot say for sure why this was done. But the first sign it took place was my mom telling me she had cancer in 2006. I later found this out to be a lie and a sign the police had opened an investigation into my family.
Also during that year William Evans, Broderick Blue Jonathan akins, and eugene Hayes can be proven to have communicated with police behind my back by showing awareness of events that happened in south carolina.
Jaime Hampton. Miss Mary mitchell, (tonal intonations) Marquise and manuel powell
are names that can be used to definitevly prove the police contacted members of my family behind my back. Aslo at this time I wrote a story in my english honors class about three kids robbing a gas station for sneaker money as a joke. The lady says Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. as she gets robbed.
in the same year my brother told me a forgotten story about him robbing a gas station.
I left this military school in 2007 a school where no-cadet freshman can leave campus ever. and upper classmen can only leave for a few hours on the weekend and moved back home in 2007.
I sat at home with my parents gettingt into to no crime . despite the pervious named individuals being in my life everyday after communicating to me through their actions and tones of voice that the police were watching me.
for two years This goes on and the entire time my writing is being reference in the american media or entire books and authors catalogues are being created wholesale just to manipulate my artistic direction.
Soldiers Alive, portnoy's comlaint, and on the road just being three of the recent spin books created personally for my writing.
as proof that the police followed me home from Charleston there is kirk the officer who came to visit me in 2009.
at this time my girlfriend tamera king asked me did i want to go talk to jonathan akins and mike blue. I paid little attention to it at the time.
in 2009 five years after the police can be proven to have picked up my writing and used it publicaly since children of chance in 2002.
and 2 years after spreading my business back home to my closest friends attempting to use english fiction to slander me
the police had broderick blue ask me to move in with him in valdosta georgia.
that the police did this can be seen in the way his parents had jonathanmcgrew and cousin of jonathan akins have sex with jerina jonas on the night we moved in to that apartment. this is a small black community and people generally look out for each other before they fuck each other in the ass.
during the year i atteneded vsu with brodrick and Jontahn akins the entire supposed gang who the state had contacted at least since 2006 when william evans started working for mayo
came back and just happened to move in with me and broderick blue. Antonio hicks also moved din.
that each of these boys who moved in that house with me and broderick had been either ocntacted by the police or worked for them directly can be seen in their actions behaviors and tones of things they said at the time.
antonio hicks qouted my own poetry to me as we would get high. that he both had acess to my poems he could not have without state inovlement and that he knew i was writign before he asked to move in can be proven by

I moved back home. but before i did william evans and antonio came buy to pretend to rob gas stations for the local police department. though i have since then come to realize they did this at the beshest of the police.
sometime in july six years after the police bgan monitoring my writing in an english nors prgoram in south carolina two years after leeroy jenkins arrived back home
and sat there writing th same science fiction and urban fiction that i had in sc
and 1 year after the crew contacted by the police in 2006 from sc began involving themselves in crimnal activity.
I became aware of tampering with my wirtign that had begun with unseenroads publishing children of chacne in 2002.
by this time i had been writing for 8 yrs and everone of these alleged gang members had shared this secret with the police that i had been known intimately in sc, that the police had leaked my writing to my gf an dothers in my family, that i had written stories about allegely being suicidal and no one said anythng.
on this july day i asked my mom who had been contacted by the polcie since she said she got cancer in 2006. to go down to the station with me so i could ask how my writing ay have gotten leaked to writers like
black repblulcans, or anybody in the media.
I went directly to madison police station and asked them did they have any idea why I or anyone I knew would be in trouble with them?
they told me no.
I later went to the fbi and lawyers all of whom said no.
at this point I have been accused of so many bull shit things all stemming from the police's attempts to control information that it is unbelievable.
seen on my back one of my students from who the plice allegely say i raped in the streets.
none of this is possible if the police had been held to any kind of decent standards.
to take advantage of entire genratin of black males by lying to them about who traffics marijuana in this country is complete nonsense.
worse take advnatge of an american writer in an english honors class and then to go behind his back and use his brothers to bring him down when you can look directly in his mind and see if his is either a capable of revealing any crimes, or cpabale of planing any crmies
is a travesty of justice. and for what are our young men being culled like dogs for.
for no other reaosn than to control information about clandestine american activites in the
nasty american dreamtime in which eery black female has had her virginity taken in the streets by the shcool resoruce officer while lying about it so the education system can protect white males from track and field.

If the polcie can neither give our sons fair trials after trafficking at them from canada or the local ammunition store wherever that may be then what right do they have to call this a legal process.
that is political murder for hire. furthermore if in the process of your investigation your are going to scare writers o bad they believe they are being watched for years before you explain the american dreaamtime to them n all its circuited glory.
then what write do you have to break ther social and cultural ties, traffic at them, question their integrity using strange men, then disappear into the night while not pretending it was someone else?
why would i let them leave if i can prove this is the same information i asked them about on day one in the first place.
My goal here in pensacola is to make sue no other generation of black science ficiton writers can be culled by the police with inmpunity.
this is necessary due to the police being able to both ghost write dissidents into trouble and use their own classmates to destroy them to protect no-one sinterest but the goold ole boys.
